"COVID19 presented many challenges for many of us going to school out of town. On July 16th, I had a unique situation come up where my belongings stored in a condo storage unit needed to be picked up and moved to an alternate facility with very little notice. Being out of province at the time, it created a ton of anxiety. David, from storage hotel, listened to my problem and despite my needs being well outside their usual business model, he spoke to his team and came back with a solution within hours that worked for everyone. They arranged pickup the next day without me present even helping to secure a few loose items. They took photos for my comfort and sent confirmations once everything was moved and secure. The service was unbelievable and their creativity to help me solve the challenge incredible, I could not have done it without them! GRATEFUL!"
