Stress-free storage with pickup and delivery
in West Vancouver

We keep pricing simple by having only 2 main costs: a Storage Cost and a Moving Cost (for Pickup/Delivery/Box Drop-off). They are flat-rate, upfront, and shown during booking.

Storage Costs start at $3 per month, while Moving Fees start at $25. Please click here to view our pricing for each Storage Plan.

When scheduling your appointments, you will be able to select Saver and Flexer options for your Moving Cost. If the available Saver dates don't work for you, select the Flexer option for an additional fee and benefit from increased availability.

• +$75 — Flexer Pickup/Delivery
• +$45 — Flexer Box Drop-Off

Apart from the monthly Storage Cost, and Moving Costs, there may be fees applicable for the following misdemeanours:

• $20 — Heavy Item Fee (item/box weighing 50lbs or over, each Pickup or Delivery)
• $5 per box — Box Replacement Fee (for unreturned, or damaged and unused free storage boxes)
• $35 — Unthawed/Wet Fridge (please unplug, thaw, clean, and dry your fridge a minimum of 2 days before pickup)
• $35 — Late Cancellation Fee (cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment made within 72 hours prior to the appointment date)
• $45 — Missed Appointment/Late Appearance (15 minutes late from our arrival) (e.g. showing up 15 minutes late to your pickup appointment)
• $50 — Overdue Payment Fee (overdue payment after 2 additional attempts within 7-days)

Scheduling a delivery of your items in storage is similar to booking a pickup appointment. You can schedule deliveries through your online account or by contacting us through email or phone.

Delivery fees are the same as the pickup fees for your storage plan, and you'll have the flexibility to choose between Saver and Flexer delivery options.

During booking, and after you select a storage plan, you will have the option to add Free Storagehotel Large Boxes to your booking. After selecting the amount you need, you will be able to choose a Box Drop-Off date. On the date you select, we will drop off the number of boxes you ordered!

If you are able to pack your boxes immediately after receiving them, you are welcome to schedule your Box Drop-Off and Pickup on the same date, and we will wait up to 15 minutes for you to pack your items!

Storagehotel Large Boxes are free provided you store them in your storage plan. Unused boxes that aren't returned, or are returned damaged, during your Pickup appointment are subject to a $5 Box Replacement Fee per box.

We specialize in storage for boxes and small, common household items. You can store almost anything you'd like, except for the items below:

• Foodstuff or perishable items
• Liquids or explosive devices
• Harmful chemicals, powder, or materials
• Any illegal substances, drugs, or items
• Certain large appliances, furniture, and vehicles
• Extremely fragile items
• High-value items
• Items of poor cleanliness

We have the right to reject any items that do not comply with our standards. If you have items of unique nature, please contact us to ensure that we can store them.

We suggest making a booking as soon as possible, or contacting us to inquire about placing a spot on hold. Our availability is typically most limited during the middle and end of each month, as they are the most common times to move.

We do not charge you anything until your appointment, and you are welcome to cancel with no penalty anytime up to 72 hours prior to your appointment.

We service West Vancouver, and a select number of neighbourhoods and school campuses across Metro Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Our storage facilities are located within Metro Vancouver, and are equipped with climate control and security systems.

As we include moving and transporation with our service, and to keep security at the highest level, our facilities are not accessible by the public, and we cannot disclose the exact locations.
